Randwick Hospital Acute Services Building, (Procurement Services)
Engaged by the project’s façade contractor Onsite Group to deliver on the $870M health precinct for the new Acute Services Building, Prince of Wales Hospital Randwick, Jabin was engaged for the glass procurement services due to the specialised nature and requirements of the systems used. Jabin also provided design review services for the façade to ensure overall system compliance to statutory requirements
Nambour Hospital Mother and Baby Unit
Nambour General Hospital redevelopment to increased capacity of emergency care, more beds for mental health patients, increased capacity of wards for surgical and medical patients, a new same-day rehabilitation unit, a new purpose-built space for the renal dialysis unit, relocation and refurbishment of cancer care services, including same day, medical infusions and chemotherapy, a new central sterilising unit, a new courtyard and drop off zone located near the emergency department, and a new kitchen.
Jabin is engaged by JHA Consulting Engineers (QLD) for schematic design and pre-design structural engineering.
